Terms

Suppliers impose a small order charge (delivery charge) that varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please bare this in mind when ordering and ask if you are unsure if this will apply to you. We have tried to highlight any possible delivery charges at the bottom of the relevant product pages.

It is our intention to hold prices firm for as long as possible, but because our suppliers reserve the right to increase their prices without prior notice, we must do the same.

All prices are subject to VAT charged at the rate prevailing at the time.

Terms are strictly 30 days nett for existing customers, otherwise a cheque with order which will be cleared before despatch. Goods remain the property of DTGS Ltd until payment is received in full.

Claims for damaged goods and short delivery must be made by telephone immediately and confirmed in writing within 2 days from receipt of goods.

Return of goods will not be accepted without prior permission and are subject to a minimum 20% handling charge plus carriage (if applicable) and VAT. This does not apply where there is a justifiable complaint against the quality of the goods.
